Hello. After porting to hdi 700 tooltips for buttons, radiobuttons and labels stopped appearing. Did not test other elements. Tested it on win, AI 21

Strange, we did not see this during testing. I'll have a look this week.

After some testing, tooltips were indeed broken in some versions of Illustrator under some circumstances. A fix will be present in the next version of CORE. Thanks for reporting this.
