I know this is minor, but there's 6 pixels space above the text in dialog buttons, but 4 pixels below. This inequality is exaggerated with the lower X-height of lower-case letters and even more if there are descenders. I believe it would look better if raised one pixel. If there were an odd number of pixels, I'd err on raising the text since its visual center of gravity is below center (of course, this isn't the case, but this does exaggerate the below-center text).
