Could someone give a brief overview of the variations of Art classes? I would guess that the Artboard versions of Points, SegPoints, etc. are used when building or manipulating path art, since it includes so many great methods. I see a lot of similarities with the Adobe SDK counterparts I've worked with for many years, but this is one significant change in the landscape that I'd like to understand better before getting too involved in code to create artwork.

Many thanks in advance. -- Rick
Your assumptions are correct. Artboard* classes are for artwork geometry, while classes without the Artboard prefix are for UI geometry (e.g. widgets, annotations, etc).
