combo box text doesn't adjust for dark UI (CORE 7.1.0) - Rick Johnson - 11-06-2017

At first I thought this was an Xcode 9 issue after updating a project for CC 2018 on my laptop (Xcode 9 with OS X 10.13) because there was no option for SDK 10.12 (not added to Xcodelegacy.sh yet), but the same thing happens with Xcode 8 on my desktop Mac, also running High Sierra. Combo box text is always black, even when using a dark UI when compiled for 2018, although 2017 auto-switches between black and white as needed. Has something changed for CC 2018 combo boxes, or might this be a bug?

Thanks — rj

Thanks for reporting. This is a known bug, but as it's cosmetic it's lower on our priority list at the moment.

I really hope it's not near the very bottom among priorities since in two of the four UI settings the value in a combo box is unreadable, rendering the entire class essentially broken. In the meantime, I'll explore possible workarounds and will post any that I find.

We have this bug in CADtools too. It has been fixed a couple days ago and after we get a CADtools update out, we'll update CORE.
