Hi. Quick check is there any possibilities to rename the text within a panel with different font style or color.

No. The goal of CORE is to allow the creation of plug-ins that look and behave as close as possible to Illustrator. To that end, there will probably never be custom fonts or colors. You can make a plug-in that has all the custom colors and backgrounds that you want, of course, but CORE would not be the appropriate tool for that.
