I need the case in the absence of the dialog box Save the file as AI format.
Also you need to export the file as a JPG
I now ask the core SDK can complete it

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question/concern correctly, but it sounds like you want to be able to save documents as *.ai format and export them as *.jpg format.
Both of these are possible with the CurrentDocument class and the FileFormat class. Have a look at the CurrentDocument:
ave() method, as well as the Illustrator::fileFormatAtIndex() method (with regards to acquiring file format objects).
