Scrollbar for panels

Hi

How about adding scrollbar to the panels, if the panel is initialized with the possibility of decreasing the size, then for the view of the entire window it would be great to add a scrollbar to see the UI on that cut off part, and not increase it. This is added to the hierarchical view, but I couldn't find anything for panels. 
If this exists for panels as well, can you please help me.

Thanks for the suggestion Illia, but this is not something we intend to implement.
